When you purchase a digital product, enroll in a course, or submit a professional inquiry, we collect necessary transactional information including your name, email address, company name, IP address (for download authorization and rate-limiting), and transaction metadata.

Payment information (credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking details) is collected and processed directly by our regulated payment processor (Razorpay) over encrypted connections. We do not store raw cardholder data on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

To fulfill digital product orders and issue secure download entitlement tokens.
To transmit transaction receipts, payment verifications, and delivery links.
To evaluate professional service inquiries and career submissions.
To prevent fraudulent chargebacks, duplicate webhook events, and abuse.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with reliable technology providers to operate the platform:

Razorpay: Payment processing and dispute resolution.
Resend: Transactional email delivery.
Supabase: Managed PostgreSQL database and authentication.
